When you send me your inspiration photos, your venue, the colors you keep coming back to, I'm not just collecting them. I'm reading them. I want to know what this day means to you, because that's what tells me how to design it. Anybody can hand you a pretty invitation. What I want is the moment you open the box and gasp, the text from a guest saying these are the most beautiful invites they've ever held, the charger plate with someone's name on it so every person feels seen. That's luxury to me, and it's the part I obsess over. So when you spot the little touch you never even asked for, the one that makes you go "wait, how did she know?", that's not luck. That's me paying attention.
