Custom Cake Topper

Personalize your celebration with a custom acrylic cake topper, handcrafted to order. Available in a range of sizes and styles for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and business events.
Design options include: name, age/number, birthday wording, wedding wording, anniversary wording, and business logo.
Materials: Standard acrylic. Wood is available for select designs.
Sizes larger than 8 inches require a custom quote — please use our Request a Custom Design form.
Note: Orders with 3+ layers, detailed illustrations, or specialty construction may require an additional quote. We will contact you to confirm before production begins.
Required information at checkout: Customer name, email, phone, event date, exact wording/spelling, names, font/design style preference, need-by date, and shipping or local pickup selection. Upload artwork files for logo designs.
Production Time: Standard production is 7–14 business days after payment, final design approval, and receipt of usable artwork. Small simple orders may be completed in approximately 3 business days when capacity allows — this is not guaranteed.
Payment: Payment in full is required before production for orders under $500.
Proofing: One digital proof and one minor revision are included with your order.
Materials: Acrylic is our standard material. Wood is available for select designs. We do not offer cardstock toppers.
Color Note: Color availability is subject to current material inventory. Specialty colors may affect pricing and timeline. Colors may vary by screen and material batch — your order acknowledgment confirms this.
Artwork: High-resolution PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or clean PNG files are required for logos and custom artwork.
Shipping: UPS is our preferred carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Local Pickup: Available by appointment in Jacksonville, Florida.
Rush Orders: Rush production starts at $35 and is subject to approval. Do not purchase without prior approval.
